How to use a free VPN or VPS

I have a nooby question today. How do you use a vpn or vps? Sometimes, I read that people used magicviews but socket time out. However, they use vpn or vps to stop that. I don't bot, but I just want to know. Thanks in advance.

There you go! just place whatever bot you have and play. btw vps is not for FREE

You either use remote desktop feature from windows or third party software like teamviewer to use VPS and VPNs
