How to use 4g proxy with tiktok on iphone?

Using the proxy manually doesnt work with TT, IG etc... Is there some app on iphone that you recommend to use 4g proxies with social media? Also, whats best for TT, IG and FB? HTTPS or SOCK5? Please help a newbie set this up correctly.
