Since they are coming from bot, they are useless for promoting anything, you can sell them on fiverr, but since people are paying 5 $ for like 10.000 views, it's not very profitable.
Try to become YouTube partner and earn with program : per impression. You could earn 2-3 $ per 1000 impressions, until they find out that no one is clicking on ads ^_^

It's not pointless if he is sending desktop views, he can get better rank for his videos on youtube, but if he is sending fake mobile views, then it is truly pointless.

Go create several accounts upload shitty gameplay videos, become machinima partner or various throughout all the channels, and bot views on each video, assuming you create 3 accounts, upload 1 video a day which means by the end of the month the accumulated views would be 112,500 views. assuming machnima pays 3$ CPM you would have made nearly 400$ that month.
I wasted 5-7 years of my life playing a game called runescape. I really wanted to make vids but my comp was too shitty and parents would always look over my shoulder to see what i was doing and yell if it was a game. So I could have been one of those douches with 100m views on youtube, chris archie, sparcmac, runeshark. I know more trivial stuff then runeshark and am better pker then chrisarchie and sparkmac. So id make a lot of money. I think soon, when i have spare time and my own apartment, I will start to make daily runescape vids and ill buy 100k views each time i make a vid.

Whats the view % on each view? If its good then the views are ok imo no matter the source

Sounds like a solid plan. Wasn't aware people still played Runescape though.
