How to upload videos to IG from pc?

I just can't manage to upload vids to ig from pc. On bluestacks it always gets stuck on Processing..., tried Andy emulator, genymotion, Windroy and I can't even download ig there. Suggestions anyone? thanks

Android emulators work (except bluestacks). It just requires you to do a lot of research. Took me almost a week to figure it out.
