I've edited some website with inspect element and saved its files with "save as.." chrome option.

Is uploading these files simple as uploading them via file manager in cpanel or is there more to it?
And there is editing part (set logo, background img, background color, links etc.) will I be able to edit it with theme I already have installed or it's more complex?

I have never heard of this before.. usually when you use inspect element, it's to test out quick changes or if you want to find some particular code.

Why not just download the files you need via ftp (e.g. index.html & style.css) and make the changes then reupload? It's really easy.

yeah, i actually dont think inspect element save changes to a website. its only there for debugging purposes.
