two words... heavily edited... nothing else will work.. you can't trick the algo of youtube easily now.. been there felt it..

must have highly video editing knowledge, but that's not a good idea to reuse another peoples videos, why you don't make video your self ??

You have to add value to the video,put voice recording over,do some fancy editing.

As other people said, heavy edit. But you won't go very far using other people's content, you have to provide value.
