How to upload porn videos using VPN

I have a good internet connection and some time to upload videos but the problem is that adult websites are blocked in my country.
To access these types of sites I use VPN to change the IP address. But when I tried VPN connection can't upload videos. I think it's kinda too slow.
Is there any alternative way to upload videos without VPN or any faster way to do it?

If your Internet connection is already slow, using a proxy/VPN on top of it will only make it slower.

You can buy a cheap Windows VPS (~$10/month), remote desktop into it, and tap into hosting providers' 1 Gbps+ speeds.
