How To Upload phpbb to server

Brothers and sisters in the house please I need someone that can teach me how to upload phpbb to filezilla using whogohost as my hosting company.
I tried some many options but I filezilla fail to connect to the server.

Are your settings correct? You can ask their support.
What i found from their support:
My ftp fails to connect why?
1. your firewall could be blocking it.
2. make sure you have the ip in your welcome email for host name. (only the numbers don't add ftp, www or anything else.)
3. make sure your username and password match what is in your welcome email.
4. some ftp programs require a path in order to connect. Your path would be /home/putYOURusernamehere/public_html

How can I surpass my firewall and solve the IP problem
 
You can turn off the firewall and try to connect.
Your ip is sent from your hosting company.
 
Depending on your host they may have softaculous installed then it would be just a few clicks and your done.

If you have your own version and working on a windows system I would recommend downloading and using winscp IMO a lot better to use than filezilla and a lot easier to use.
