You basically fill their forms that allows attachment and attach the pdf. Like a form for collecting some applications for some program or a survey whatever. Once the attachment is uploaded you get the link to it by guessing from Google serp results with similar upload pdfs its usually like
Wp-content/jan/2025 if the site is in wordpress.
That's it. You got the link to your pdf. You submit it to a indexer, rank and bank. Automate the whole process and bank harder untill the IT team of the university figures out they got spammed with pdfs and puts some checks and balances and stop the spam.
Spammer keep finding new site to spam, rinse and repeat.
