how to upload on edu eu high DA site?

can someone tell me how to upload file on this site? when i try to upload having this error "The server didn't reply with a proper XML data."

The trick here is they're not uploading anything on the domains listed. Check the query string.

the other thing that makes me crazy on how they change title from browser ressources to custom titles
