How to upload copyright content so it don't get banned

I have read a thread on bhw (i forgot to bookmark the link) which said you can upload copyright content either zooming it or shrink it in the corner and you can upload copyright content easily.

I searched few videos related to what i want to upload. The videos that are shown have no logo, no zooming nothing but still got millions of views on them.

I created a video, added background music and also added my logo in the corner but as soon as i posted it the video banned.

Can anyone tell me how this work. Thanks

i think this is far fetched and i haven't tried it yet but what about video encypting. I mean make the video which has only 1 sec of original video then add a still black frame with random audio (or you could add any image) then when you upload the video might not get claimed. use player like vlc and a plugin like credit skipper with some customization make the player skip blank part and only play the original video. well, this is just my hypothesis.
 
Pretty sure you need to shrink it then frame it and put it onto a background. Not done this myself as don't make YouTube videos but when watching copywriter videos that others have uploaded ie the west's future dairy ect the ones that do this have there videos up for years
 
I remember that thread too. Are you sure that the videos you saw were truly unedited? HAve you seen the originals? As for your own video, you need to tweak the image as well so the algorithm can’t recognize that it’s a duplicate. You can do that by tweaking the background or inserting other footage throughout the video. Hopefully, that’ll work. Good luck!
 
Try to mirror the video, play in a small box, edit the voice a bit. You can only try these things and see if they work out.
 
better just dont you will get a strike sooner or later
 
The only one way is to have 1 clean Ip with a good rdp and then nothing else matters some videos dont get copyright because the time and internet speed after uploading just try the same video to upload multiple times and channels that have high views and memberships have an advantage on youtube so for some people that works for some no the only thing here is the clean ip and internet speed and time
 
Strikes are hard to get lately. I've noticed whenever I upload something that's copywritten, music video etc, I keep it public and let the copywriter get the ad revenue, at the end of the day if that video that isn't monetized by you goes viral or whatever you're still getting your channel exposure, subs view time etc. So sometimes I upload copywritten material on purpose just for views, not money. plus you can always sign up for patreon subscription account (a lot of the demonetized meme YouTubers have one )and have Amazon affiliate links in the description. Monetization on youtube is not the only way to make money on youtube :D!
 
it's hard since YouTube improved drastically their ability to detect content, but i think that if you have some main video (own content) played in the background and your copyrighted content is screened picture in picture as a 1/2 size.
you may avoid detection* (*this need to be tested again after the last YouTube update!)
