how to upload content word press?

I want to post an article on my website. The article gets published, but I am unable to give it headings or tags. This happens because as soon as I post the article, it gets posted within a single element. What should I do to publish the article quickly?

Isn't that second plugin active? You have installed plugin to disable gutenberg.
