How to upload and rank on amazonaws?

Hi everyone,
I noticed that some AmazonAWS URLs like sdtheory.s3.amazonaws.com
are ranking for many supplement keywords. Could anyone kindly guide me on how to upload a file there and possibly achieve similar rankings? I’d really appreciate any help or advice you can share. Thank you in advance!

It is a parasite.
It can rank on its own, but you can also blast it with backlinks without suffering penalties.
As with any other parasite that is not paid, it can be knocked out by the SERPS.
