Hello: I produced a short video trailer for an author's book (available on Amazon). I uploaded the video, but it has never been available that I can see? Is this something only the author (or author's account) is allowed to do?
FYI I did log in to the author's account to attempt the upload, and got a message that $50 needs to be spent before a video is allowed to be uploaded?!?! Very confusing.
