How to upload a copyrighted video

Hey guys! So I wanted to upload an old video that is now copyrighted on a sensible part of it. It is related to a TV channel. Do you have any advice on how I could do? I've been thinking using a video editor and adding a slight noise in the background but I'm not sure. I would definitely love some advices from you guys!

you could shorten it, maybe add some voice over commentary, that might help

Try changing color a little bit adding some audio etc. Or just if its not important cut it.

Like make a frame and add video in it

Or add some voiceovers in video
