I'm using the free VPS instance t2.micro and need to upgrade. Anyone knows how to do it?

not sure, but I think you may take a snapshot and build a new server from that

It is not possible to vertically increase your VPS specs without having to do a quick restart. This should be fast, trust me. Why would you wanna upgrade without stopping anyway?
