How to update PR in AMR

Heyy! Does anyone know how I can update the pagerank for the article directories in AMR? I lost almost all of the pagerank data to my article directories by uploading a list of 10k article directories which for some reason whipped out the pagerank.

Is there a way to import directories into AMR with pagerank? Or a way to mass update pagerank info for the article directories in AMR?
