how to unsubscribe

when I originally signed up somehow it subscribed me to ALL of the threads so my inbox for email gets jammed up. any way to undo this with 1 click instead of one by one.?

go here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/subscription.php and hit 'Empty Current Folder', this will delete all of your subscriptions from the default 'Subscriptions' folder

then go here: http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/profile.php?do=editoptions -> look for 'Default Thread Subscription Mode' and select 'Do not subscribe', hit 'Save Changes' at the bottom of the page
