how to unlink/remove adsense from demonetized channel?

lets say i got a few channels demonetized, and now how do i unlink or remove these channels from existing adsense, so that it does not leave any footprints.

can i just change the adsense to a new one to avoid these footprints?

or will these channels be associated with me forever?

what do i do, coz im dealing with monetized channels and many of them are getting demonetized so idk what the issue is, with gaming content.

they are demonetizing more then ever lol

Can someone who is experienced answer this please? I am struggling to find solution.

Also, if I connect a fresh YouTube channel to the same AdSense, will it be possible to monetize the new channel?

I don't have much experience with Adsense, but here is what I had done.

I Monetize YouTube channel with new email Adsense account everytime.
This time when I sold it locally, the local person gave me his original Adsense account ID Pass, I went into ADSENSE option and started procedure to change Adsense account and selected the local person original Adsense and connected it to the new Monetized YouTube channel.
So now his old and The new YouTube channel are connected to the same ADSENSE account.
