    Hi,
I have 5 websites with 5 domains linked to them,
Yesterday I tried to sell the 5 website to someone, but midway I discovered that he is nothing but a thief,
He takes over my godaddy account and the 5 domains?this isn?t the problem?I just leave it all to him.
Now I don?t know what to do, and what is the risk of leaving these domains like that,
Because the main domain for my host is one of these stolen domains,
and the domains are still linked to my sites,
can I unlink these domains from my cpanel now? i mean from the cpanel not the godaddy account, because i cant access the account any more.
    I need your advice.
    thanks

If you don't want the domains in your cpanel account just delete them. Having them in your cpanel doesn't mean they're linked.

If he has changed the nameservers, the domains will go to a different host and your cpanel is no longer involved.

    Thank you for your reply,
One of these domains is the main domain for my host account,
if I delete this one dose this affect my account?

I'm also bit intrigued by this, although I guess that if one removes their "main" domain, nothing will really change? There's just nothing pointed at public_html?

He'll probably be able to access the site by the IP. Not sure if cPanel requires at least one domain to be present as it's been a while since I worked with it.

If he does change the nameservers of your main domain and you don't remove it you'll still be able to access your site by adding "<the ip of the server> <your domain>" to your hosts file.

    thank you Oukast,
i agree with you, i think nothing will happen if i remove the main domain, may be i will give it a try, after all i am newbie and this host is for training purpose,

xtr3m thank you for your reply, and ..no i think he wont change the nameservers, he seem to be nothing but thief who steal my domain and don't even know what to do with it.
