How to understand if you are shadowbanned

I understood my ig account is shadowbanned. I was thinking about how was possible that my high quality contents never reached people from hashtags, even if they appear in the recent section of them (but never in the most popular). My photos are visible in the hashtags from accounts who follow me, so every time i asked to my followers "do you see my photo in the hashtag?" the answer was always yes. So i thought the problem was my contents were not so great. No. I noticed that, when i publish, if i search for the hashtags i use with google (so, via browser without making the access to instagram) my photo DON'T APPEAR. If i compare photos in the recent section of hashtags from my phone and from the browser every photo is present, THE SAME photos in the same order. Every photo except mine. So, i'm shadowbanned for sure. In your opinion, a VPN could fix the problem? I don't want to wait for my shadowban disappear for days, maybe weeks and months. I want a valid solution NOW. Any tips?

If they are WH High quality post then I won´t risk the accounts with proxies (don´t use VPN for ig), if u want to take the risk use a proxy of your country.

What does "WH" mean? Anyway, i ask about vpn or proxy because it can happens that sometimes when i publish with data connection of my sim card i reach hashtags, with my wifi connection not. Is it possible that depends on connection?

White hat, then your wi-fi is flagged just keep posting with your data connection and wait a couple of days.

Already lost around 100k followers for using proxies on personal accounts they just get in a loop of "Wait 24 hours until we review your account".

Some week ago i used panel to increasing likes. Is this BH? So with this, what should i do?

Yes thats BH but are u post WH or BH?
That was the problem u should not buy likes or followers they will drop your engagment in future posts.

I used panels for my posts like some week ago
 
No, most likely neither a VPN or a Proxy would help. Probably in 9/10 cases Instagram resorts to applying penalties to a specific account, rather than IP (or both).

However, there's that 1/10 case. So before investing in a VPN or a Proxy (don't use VPNs for social media accounts, a residential or 4g proxy is your only viable option), I suggest you borrow a device from your friend and try out your account then.

I just posted asking about exactly the same problem, already send a ticket to IG but 0 till now.
This is very frustrating -.-
