    Hey guys,

I'm trying to clone a blog with WPtwin and it displays the following message

"Your host does not allow the use of the system() and exec() functions"

I have full privilege remote access to my windows server. Could anyone please explain to me how I go about enabling the exec and system function so wptwin could function properly?

Are you trying to run a PHP script - if you are, try looking at the php.ini file - those commands may be in the disable_functions line (think thats what its called!)

Edit that file, delete them if they are listed, restart Apache and you should be good to go (or IIS if thats the web server on there)

    thank you for replying.

This is a Windows 2003 server and I looked into php.ini under the disabled_functions line and its clear...

Would there be any other reason these functions would be blocked?

Would a firewall or some sort of Windows permission disallow the exec function? anyone?
