How to trigger bot when new Ig post?

Hi, I currently have a Ig bot that likes photos to increase engagement, but I am stuck at the point of triggering the child accounts to like when a new post is uploaded.
I tried to have a browse refreshing the profile every minute but that ends with a IP red flag that causes you to login to see uploads of the profile.
Do you know a way to get a trigger for the new post?
