How To Transfer Scrapebox License?

My VPS has SB loaded so I have no use for my personal SB license. Someone's already buying it. How exactly do you transfer license?

He'll just install SB on his laptop then activate the software on his end? Obviously, I'll give him my name, email address that I used, and PayPal transaction ID? Technically, the software will still be under my name?
