How to train freelancer to do forum posts

I am building a team of freelancer for doing forum posts with backlinks on moderated niche forums.
Since these forums have strict rules, their posts get deleted very often.

I don't want to outsource it to a company etc due to quality and cost reasons.

Any ideas how can I train these freelancers on how to do forum posts on moderated forums?

Are you having them warm the accounts up first?
In my experience, most well-moderated forums will delete links posts placed by brand new accounts, because they are often perceived as spam.
When I want to post a link on a forum, I create an account, post a short introduction, a couple other posts, then wait a couple weeks before dropping a promotional link.
Maybe this isn't very efficient, but I've had much better luck with them not dropping by doing this.

The other thing is that a lot of these freelancers don't have the best English.
If the post is well-written and actually provides value to their readers, the site owner would have no reason to delete it.
They may even appreciate the content.

hmmm, definitely makes sense. The warm up of the profile will increase costs equal to these forum post services that are charging $9 per link. Currently I post the job with $3 per forum post. It wouldn't make sense to go above $9 per forum post.

So I will add this warm up of forum profile, good English grammar clause and will increase the budget to $5 per forum post in the job posting and see how many people apply.
