How to track where the sales come from?

Hi guys, I'm new with Clickbank and made 2 sale last week. I am very happy.
But I am wondering the way to track the sales: where customers from? geography, which backlink bring them to my site?
I have tried to use event tracking of Google Analytics but I dont know why when I insert the code into HTML Text of a Wordpress page Editor, it disappears when publishing the page or turn the editor into visual mode.
Anyone had experience in using event tracking or some ideal way to track the customers, please help me. It is very important to improve my website and seo process.

Clickbank allows Tracking IDs, using it. So you can track where sales that come from.

you might want to insert a tracking id into backlinks, ads, posts etc that you are posting to bring traffic.
that way you at least know how they landed on your site...

also look up Prosper202

1. Use TIDs and prosper202 for ppc

2. For geo, you'll see where each customer came from in the transactions tab
