How to track so that partners could see ?

Hi I found someone who did not knew about CPA. He was monetizing YouTube already , so I figured out I could make a deal.

But soon he started to ask me how would he know I will pay him for each download.

So how can I track them safely so that we both know ? ( I do not wanna scam him )

Also ... he asked for the website download page ( CPA offer ) . I gave him the name of the website , not the affiliate link ... ( but the footer contains the affiliate program ) ... If he looks the deal falls

How can I get them to not reject my proposal or figure out they could earn more ?

I told this guy " I earn 1.2 for each click, and I can share half with you " . Should I just tell them " I will pay you 0.6 per click ? "

use teamviewer application its free to use and you can share your screens so if you want to show everything just ask him to come on your screen and you can login and show things, this way he can trust you more as you are showing everything honestly.
