May have been mentioned before, but just something thats been niggling me at the back of my mind. I'm only new in marketing, but thought some of you experienced guys will have an answer. Say you have done the SEO and whatever else for the website. How does that business know that they are getting busier because of what you did, or that its just a fluctuation in business or something else not attributable to you? One thing is to put an email address attached to the website, so that gives an indication through that medium, but for phone calls or walk-in customers what do you do then?
