Hi Guys..

I'm new to this.. kindly help please.

I have designed a new website. and settled up an account with bing for PPC. Now it's showing 127 clicks in one campaign. but i have not received even a single call.. whats that issue?

127 clicks is not enough for you to decide how to proceed. Maybe your KWs are not converting ones, mb you have issues with the redirects, maybe you have issues with targeting. Tons of possibilities. We kinda need more information than that to be able to tell what is wrong. More importantly, you need to read a lot more and do your due diligence before you start burning money with paid traffic. Why do you expect random people(with very questionable expertise, I might add) on a forum to do your work for you?

As far as tracking - prosper is a free script, cpvlab is paid one. I highly recommend the later.

edit: 1st post lol.

I'm not telling anyone to check and let me know. i'm just asking the way to do it. so that i can do it by myself.

I have settled everything correctly. i cross checked it.

till how many clicks i should wait and test?

It could be anything, obviousley people are clicking through but not following through and buying. maybe your prices etc. Its really hard to say without knowing more but if i was you i would use adwords, i think its better than bing#

Good luck

You can try "Tracking202" or "Prosper202" both are free. Tracking202 is hosted on their servers, and Proper202 you download and setup on your own server.
Code:
http://tracking202.com/
http://prosper.tracking202.com/apps/

how to signup there for an free account... ??

When you said "no one call". Are you targeting mobile or not? Pay per call is good for mobile.
You can use prosper202 (free download) for tracking but it's only tracking keywords that people clicked. It wont be able track call, you will need pay per call tracking for that.

It's settled now.. I have added google analytics code on my website. and now it's showing exact figures. But now the issue is still there. that i have not received even a single call.

That may have to do with your website. I would look at it on a customer point of view and ask myself "would I call this company". What are you offering? Is it a saturated field? Is your site too confusing that they dont' know why they are there? It is easy to get traffic to a site, but it really is up to you on how you close it. Try different creatives to see if you can get a call.

Yes actually. it's technical services. We provide servcies for any kind of technical support.

I would try not being broad about your services, I would hone in on one specific service you offer, make a page for it drive offer specific keyword traffic to that page and see if that helps. Then I would build off of that learning. Tech support is a very broad stroke on what I assume you offer. Like right now you told me you provide technical support but I am not sure if I would need you.

Try getting a little more specific with the keywords and a service. Get 1 thing to work first then build on that :)

Yes i'm doing so.. Currently working for printer support, having technical support from HP USA. still no call :(

Yeah sorry about that (I should've checked first, just realized its not free anymore) it's been years since I used "T202" it was free then, you could always use "P202" that is still free and IMO the better way to go as all your data is setup on your own server.

This will definitely help get you up and running if you want to try Prosper202:

You can try BevoMedia for tracking. It's free and hosted on their servers.

dude.. you come after 130 clicks and ask a super broad question and giving no deatails about the situation.

Now we have to ask a dozen clarifying questions, so we can help you. So, yes, you are expecting other people to do your job for you. What do you think your job consists of? Clicking submit buttons on an adnetwork? It consists of doing your homework before you start the campaign. You haven't done that and now you chime on an internet forum and ask other people to do it for you and yet you fail to provide any information.

When I saw your thread, I wanted to be helpful. A mistake I did was not checking your posts first. Knowing what is the primary audience of this forum, I should have known better.

good luck with your campaign.
