how to TOR+VirtualBox?

I'd like to use Tor inside my virtual machine. I don't need TOR to browse, I need it to send emails.

I'd like to run my entire virtual machine through TOR. Anybody have any steps to configuring that?

Yes, thanks for your help Skrode. I tried to follow that a couple days ago, but it was a bit too much for my brain. I'm on the ubuntu forum and virtualBox forum asking questions now.

I know people do this. :/ ,but now me, lol.

Still looking for a way to make TOR my system wide web connection....
