You have posted in the ML/AI section. Are you asking how AI/ML can be used to do SEO? If not,you might bet better answers by moving this to SEO BH/WH. If you are asking about ML/AI read up on the semantic web and linked data ,older pretopics to AI/ML but relevant to SEO. The web is still predominately semantic and FOAF like relational patterning.

Write good content and keep doing that until you get noticed and in the mean time get organic back links - the basics have not changed over the years - they just got tougher.

I always see look alike business. So, I do that, one time in week. Sorry my english, It's not very good.

Don't think setting up metadata actually helps your ranking, maybe other than meta keywords

Pagerank is still a relevant google.com metric.
Google.com algorithm uses several factors to determine pagerank.
It is standard parlance in SEO.

is it real? Public page rank has not showing since last few years. I know and everyone knows google still consider PR as stong factor internally, but they dont public page rank.
i got it. I just tested with new gTLD's which released after 2015 and all showing 0 PR, even for stongest domain.
Clear, this site site showing OLD PR not the actual one. "Refresh"

You need low competition niche, Fresh and High-quality unique content ( +25k words, graphics, videos), do a lot of SEO, backlinks, do some studies about your competitors, social signals, and must SEDUCE SO MUCH GOOGLE and wait for first 3 months and keep posting
