So I recently got into the IM game 2 weeks ago trying to absorb as much info as I can while gaining skills to implement. I have already set up 2 niche websites - keyword research, domain register, hosting, wrote 5 articles each, and on-page SEO myself. My goal is to create at least 1+ websites a week (ideally more as I get more experienced) while testing different monetization methods. Right now my first website is CPA (been accepted to 3 different networks) and the second website I set up this week is still waiting on getting approved for adsense.
I know the bare basics of off page seo and it to me, it seems like a lot of grunt work. so I want to outsource all off-page SEO (and probably other aspects of the site creation in the future) i have allocated ~$35/ week for outsourcing (taken from my drinking money lol). i want to get the most bang for my buck and i want everything to be legit.
so my questions are:
1. what questions should I ask during the interview process to screen for talent?
2. is there a way to test a candidates SEO skills before hiring?
3. does anyone have any recommendations for seo outsourcing?
i appreciate any and all information.
