How to Test IP for CL without burning the phone number?

I got some private proxies. I want to attempt to create CL accounts with the expensive phone numbers I bought but im scared that if the proxies are bad then i'll burn the phone numbers by using them. Any way to check the proxies first before creating the PVA account? Thanks
