How to tell or who to ask reason for closed thread?

Hi, I recently purchased a website through the Buy/Sell section but noticed that the thread has since been closed. Is there any way to figure out the reason this is or a mod to ask? I would like to give feedback on the services rendered.

Send PM to that seller and ask him the reason.

From Which seller you bought ? Is he banned ?
I think he is stonecold ?

So if he scammed you then go with PM'ing mod
