How to target US Tiktok audience when posting from outside the US?

I'm not in the US and neither have a US sim card to use but I want to be able to specifically target audiences in the US. What is the best way to do this?

I read that the phone should have a US sim card (where to get one?) and then use a local wifi with a US proxy for posting. Is this a good setup?

I have not exact idea but Using hashtags will help you a lot. Also the music selection
