I recommend trying to make a new account and just use a US address. If it needs to be legit you can rent addresses that will scan your mail for <$10 / month

You need an agent in the U.S., change the phone’s locale and time zone to the U.S., and then create a new TIKTOK account. Congratulations, you are already in the U.S.!

Don't quote me on this, but I did read a post and I believe they had an "agent for service process" in the US, which seemed to accomplish for them what you're trying to.

You are thinking in a wrong way, you are not based in UK. At times of marketing online , you are based on the internet. And now target the country you want. Easy.
