How to target only mobile device users in Bing Ads?

I wanted to run a campaign on bing ads which allows mobile trafic only, but I didn't find any option in bing ads that disallows desktop traffic. How do I do that? Is it by decreasing desktop bid by 100%? If so, should I also increase the mobile bid?

You can just decrease the desktop bid by 100%, its enough
