How to target only 1 placement in GDN?

Hey

Have a problem, I need to target only one website as placement in google adwords (I'm doing a display campaign) and I've put only that website URL in placements list but my ads keep showing pretty much everywhere.

I have managed to blacklist all applications as placement but have no idea how to do the same for websites (other than the 1 URL I need my ad to show on), anyone got an idea how to solve this?

Excluding placements is different from removing them. When you exclude placements, you’re blocking your ads from showing there. When you remove placements you’re targeting, your ad could still show there based on other targeting methods you have in your ad group – like keywords or topics.

Ok understood, got any idea on how to exclude all websites as placements and just target only one url?
