How to target a specific coutnry on Twitter ?

Hi everyone,

i'm currently running multiple adult twitter accoutns and promoting an adult smartlink with PPL offer.

We all know that some countries pay more than others and we always hear about making "campaigns". What's the method to target these countries ? I'm not talking about basic include/exclude countries button.

Country specific hashtags and slang? Following Twitter accounts from that country?

Yes I was thinking about slang but I was wondering if there was not other way to target specific countries in order to make specific "campaigns" to reach top tier countries everytime we want. Twitter traffic is so infested with bots that I think it is really important to filter.

Used to be able to specify an advanced search on the old site with a location filter, but twitter removed it. However you can specify a language. Maybe not so good for "english" (many countries may use english) but for other languages probably works well
