Hey guys,

So I bought some clothes at an online store and made a purchase with my debit card. Merchant did not ship the product and the customer support just ignore my calls saying that they will call me back in few mins but the call never came (This happened 5 times, for now)
There's no way charging back the paid amount.

Any ideas how to take a revenge?

There should also be for debit card ,as if someone hack your card and take all your money?,very strange.The only solution is to keep calling them
 
Make your own store selling same or similar clothes (shouldn't be a problem to find a supplier, in the worst case use amazon) and start the good old "This store is a scam! If you want a real deal come to me" everywhere they're mentioned.

Then it's no longer just revenge (which is stupid) but a learning experience and if you take this seriously - profitable.
 
Complain about that in Customer Court.
The same happened with 1 of my friend, He just filed a report at the court and sent a COPY to the head in charge.

Within 3 days he got the product free of cost. You should keep trying.
 
Warning them to lodge FIR against their shit company and spread all over the forum and sites.
 
I'd outrank them for their main keyword with an negative feedback review article and ask for a lot of money to delete it. There is also the neg SEO option but I really am not a fan of it. It's better to prove you can outrank them at any time and ruin their image without actually atacking their SEO efforts.
 
Call up support again, tell them you want to put in a $20K order but need to speak to a member of the management team first.
If that fails just do a Rip off Report or knock up a simple site that states negatively what happened. Then rank it.
Probably a waste of time and money in the long run though.

Yes I vouch for this, a Very bad review on Rip Off Report is better than negative seo.
 
You my friend need to switch debit cards, If all else fails paypal has a debit card and its pretty nice but idk what countries they do and do not allow paypal.com/prepaid

open some threads on forums and explain your story "XXx scammed me"

when futurs customers will search the website in search engines, your posts will rank.
 
Most debit cards in the US are actually charged in the same way as credit cards (i.e., without asking for a PIN) and can therefore be charged back. It is not the same in all countries.
 
Where did you buy the clothes from? The best chance you have against them is to go to Consumer Court, but you need to have a receipt for that. Try going to a consumer court, most of the times you get your money back plus the product for free. ;)
