Ok, this is super simple so there is no need for a lot of details.

When a cloudflare user deletes a website from their control panel on cloudflare and then does not update their nameservers. You can take over that domain by adding it to your own cloudflare account.

Cloudflare support in these cases takes forever to resolve the issue. And many times the domain owners dont even notice because they had given up on the domain anyway.

You now have a throwaway domain that you can use for anything you want.

the real part is " How do i find domain which comes under this circumstances "

OP, have you figured out a way to scrape and test the response codes you get from the sites?

yes, you can load in a list of urls into xenu link sleuth and get a csv output of the responses

You can only do it if the name servers are left the same...

Good post OP, been using it myself for spam projects.

Sorry totally newbie here about Cloudflare thing, my question is, is there any mechanism explanation about this trick? I only know cloudflare is a cloud server, nothing else, so how you can get those "good domains" for free? If u can give me some basic guide or sth like this, very appreciated!

Wow, you don't hear this type of information often anymore, youd think CloudFlare would be more careful - excellent post @G-S-T, much appreciated. Time to dust off Xenu
