How to take my website further

I launched a website a couple of weeks ago, and so far it has reached 1500 sessions, and a little over 2500 page views. The daily traffic ranges anywhere from at least 35 sessions a day up to 300 sessions a day. At least 65 page views a day up to 550 page views a day. The numbers are affected by how active I am on the twitter & instagram accounts. I have a Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram account set up for the site. I am just looking for advice on how you would go about driving traffic to the site if it were yours, any advice on how you would generate revenue from the site if it were yours, and what the best way to go about selling it would be if I decide to do so in the future. Any advice at all would be much appreciated. Thanks!

I do, that's how I know how much traffic I am getting.

"If it were yours" is a big if, and one that doesn't make me want to spill my secrets.

Do the basics, keep creating content, social media advertising if you have an ad budget, post in social media groups, build some backlinks, post and comment on relevant blogs and forums etc.

Your site with that traffic worth nothing yet.
No revenues, no organic traffic, so keep working on it. Dont even think about selling it now.


That said, get in touch on twitter with artists that want to expose their music, tell them you will feature them on the homepage of the site for 24h (or more). target artists with a relatively high number of follower (5K and +) and ask them to post link to the article you featured them on. Its a great exchange of service and you'll get visit that way. repeat everyday. Number of followers of your site & demands should grow.
