How to take down links ?

can any body tell me, someone doing negative publicity for me at 2009 and now some links are rank in google when i search with my domain name. so guys please tell me how to take down these links or have some step google spam these links ? waiting for best solution by blackhat SEO guru..

unless you have access to those websites, or blogs etc where those links are, or can get access, I doubt you'll be able to do anything.

Going down the hacking route is probably a waste of time. Also remember that this is not a hacking forum but a black hat forum.

Best method would be to build loads of positive posts that show up for the key words you are talking about. It's likely that those keywords will not be competitive, so it should be easy. That way the bad stuff will get buried.
