How to take down a Youtube video?

You can either use a youtube auto flagging tool, or use a few accounts of your own to flag it as spam / fraud. If that doesn't do it, just have some of your friends swing by it and do that same. It will get taken down.

Report it on YT mods. State your reason if it is valid you will get lucky and that video will be taken down.
But my advice is just leave it alone and don't mind about it. Cause eventually if you took it down they will upload another one. And that will take a lot of your time and waste them just to take their negative video about your site. Best to do move along and increase your good reputation of site.

short story about it :
1 of my best friend was working in a company's management team and something went wrong, they had to shut down company without payingg employees, so screwed employees filed complaint , it also came in news papers, online news sites,consumer complaints web sites, whenever people searched for his name all sites strated to show up in search , that how he done fraud, so my friend asked me to do something,
i created blog at blogger with same keyword
like "%name% fighting against fraud"
i created blogs and built links to each of them, so now, whoever search for his name, all my blogs shows up. and fraud page goes to second page
Solution:
U have to upload 10 or more videos stating that how good ur site is., and blast the hhell of links to them with anchor text .[record videos of different people saying its awesome site. upload with same name with 1 which is causing u problem]
If u cant take it down , then just create good things about ur site., and link building.

You can either leave it up, like everyone is suggesting or keep flagging it like I suggested. You can't flag from 20 different accounts on the same IP address. Use proxies or have some friends flag it as well. Based off my my experience, it will get taken down for sure.

It really isn't that big of a deal, unless you are losing money cause of it. If you still need these videos taken down though and you are having no luck I can help you. I'll get you my contact information if you want it.

I haven't personally tried that flagging but I seen one video get taken down with 2 people flagging it. So just be careful and hope you don't get flagged.

Maybe you should focus on having a less shit site. Just my opinion.
Other than that, just send a DMCA takedown notice to youtube if he's narrating over your site.
Tim Ferriss's solution is to create content to distract from the misinformation that the competitor is creating. More worthwhile than spending all night flagging the video, as he can just ask for a review (ie flag remove).

i dunno but i wish people would stop flagging all my damn accounts...
