How to sync Instagram with google+ ? Got ideas ?

Okay, before you send me to look in google for solution, I'm coming from there. All information and ways to sync IG and g+ is not up to date. I have good google+ account that pull around 1m views every month, so that will help with IG grow. Got ideas ?

You can use IFTTT and create a receipe with Instagram and Buffer (connected to your Google+ page).
