How to successfully make a stealth account?

I tried many times and its impossible for me. i just want to get back to selling again:(

Nowdays stealth became harder but definitely possible.

Creating eBay is not an issue, need a new phone, IP, no cookies, diff details etc.

Managed payment is harder to make without VERY high quality docs.
 
Not sure if it's allowed but, I have accounts, both eBay and bank accounts. And apart from other sellers they are rock solid.

Basically, outside of using friends/family credentials with permission, you have to commit identity theft to make a stealth ebay account. Not impossible to make a stealth account, just wayyyy harder than it used to be
