The submission process for articles varies from website to website. In general you will have to sign up for a free account first and verify an email. Once you have that out of the way its pretty straight forward. Most sites have a link that says "submit article" or something along those lines. You will pick a category, add the title, sometimes a summary, then the body of the article. Make sure you include a link back to your site if it is allowed. Even if it is a no-follow link it can benefit you in terms of visibility and traffic to your website.
