Do you mean that you want to know about article sites that can possibly bring you traffic. Here are some sites you can try. ezinearticles.com, buzzle.com, associatedcontent.com, squidoo.com, hubpages.com, goarticles.com, ehow.com. There are many more too. Search google for best list of article directories.

Buy a service from the BST section or use AMR/UD to blast on to article submission sites.

If you just want to do it to high pr ones then there's a huuuuge list in the forum just lookup articles list, if not then just follow others advice, there are bunch of software to do that just use the search button here

You can use AMR. It is a great tool.
