Its pretty simple.

Create content - eg, pics, infographic, videos, articles, etc.
Create account in web 2.0 websites - pic, infograpic, video, article, etc websites.
Submit your content with yourw ebsite link, and anchor text. Use variation in anchor text.

Link juice will be divided by the number of links you have on a page. If you create one page for each link, it is not bad. Fact is having just one link on a page does not look natural. It will be better if you add links that seem natural.

If your articles are completely unique , you'r most welcome. But you can also get a good traffic by some methods. It depends on various factors.
