How to submit RSS feed in SB

Oh boy... How many threads like this exact one have I seen in a week ?
Your RSS file are supposed to be hosted on your site, and you use SB to submit their urls (i.e. ht tp://yoursite.com/yourxmlfile.xml )
So in SB you use a txt file containing these URLs pointing to your xml files.
Also :
This : http://scrapebox.com/usage-guide/
And this : http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackhat-seo/search.php

Just simply go in your RSS folder on SB, and add the links from your XML file, and load it from .txt. Thats what i always do, i have never heard of SB being able to open XML. Wish you the best
